Greetings from Recorded Books and Zinio for Libraries!
We would like to take this opportunity to update you on some important milestones and enhancements to your service.

In June 2013, Zinio for Libraries registered its 4 millionth magazine checkout - and its 300,000th patron registered to the system! We could not have done it without your support and feedback.

The following service enhancements are now available:

Display Services - This option allows libraries subscribing to one or more Gateway services to temporarily hide a service until they are ready to make it live for patrons.  This option can be found on the Service Subscription tab in the Admin panel.
Patron Tutorials - We have uploaded new a new user guide and a Vimeo video tutorial for Zinio on help tab.

Browser Tab Library Collection Identifier - To improve navigation back and forth between the library collection page and the patron account, the name on the open page tab has been changed to Return to Library Collection.

Internet Explorer Inconsistencies - Some patrons have reported access issues with various versions of Internet Explorer and those inconsistencies should now be resolved.

Zinio Circulation Reporting - The Zinio circulation reports have been updated to provide a complete record of patron check outs.  We added filters to account for magazine publication frequency and to safeguard against circulation report inflation when a patron makes multiple attempts to check out the same issue.  You may notice an INCREASE in circulation results as a result of these reporting updates.

Zinio Help - the Zinio Help tab (at the bottom of the Browse Magazine screen) includes updated Help links, an updated User Account Set-Up Overview Guide, and an updated User Overview Video.
