Holds

You may place a "hold" on library material that is available at any of libraries in the Little Dixie Regional Libraries System
(Moberly Library, Huntsville Library, Madison Library or Paris Library) through our online catalog, OPAC. 
You have the option to have the material delivered to a branch nearest you via our courier service. You will be called when 
the requested material arrives. Please call us at 660-263-4426 if you need assistance with placing a hold. 
Interlibrary Loans

For material that is not available at any of the libraries in the Little Dixie Regional Libraries system, you may request an "interlibrary loan." 
Interlibrary loan is a free service that gives you access to library materials outside of our library system including libraries in Missouri and nationwide. 
The form to request an interlibrary loan is available at either check-out desk of your local branch library or you may submit 
an online request using the form below. For questions about interlibrary loan, call 660-263-4426 or email the Circulation Desk.

  • You Must hava a valid Little Dixie Reginal Libraries Card
  • Requests are mailed, so they may take up to 2 to 6 weeks to arrive.
  • You may have up to three items on order at one time.

  • Please notify the library if you no longer need the requested item.
  • You will be notified when the item arrives.  Please pick it up promptly.
  • Items not picked up within 7 days will be returned to the lending library.
  • The loan period is usually 2 weeks with the possibility of one renewal
