Summer Reading 2025 – Little Dixie Regional Libraries

LDRL is proud to present our 2025 Summer Reading Program!

Every child who visits the library will receive a punch card.

When they have returned and completed a book, a hole will be punched.

(For Example: 7 books read = 7 punches)

Once they have completed their 10th book and get the final hole punch in their card, direct them to visit their local McDonald’s restaurant to redeem their FREE Happy Meal!

FAQ’s:

Can a child complete more than one punch card? Yes, we want to encourage the continuation of reading all summer long! A child can only redeem one Happy Meal per visit though. So if they have multiple completed punch cards, only one Happy Meal can be redeemed per visit!

If a family has more than one child, will they be able to redeem their punch cards at the same time? Yes, as long as there are two children present with two completed punch cards they will be able to redeem two FREE Happy Meals.

When will this program end? The punch cards are valid until September 30th, 2025. We encourage you to stop distributing the punch cards by Saturday, August 30th.
